Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of RoleKeep, an independently operated beta service based in Ohio, United States. By creating an account or purchasing access, you agree to these Terms.

The service

RoleKeep helps users organize job-search activity, review suggestions extracted through an optional read-only Gmail connection or from emails they choose to forward, review sourced job and contact leads, and prepare editable outreach drafts. Automated suggestions may be incomplete or incorrect. RoleKeep does not guarantee employment, interviews, replies, or the accuracy of user-entered or generated information. You remain responsible for reviewing each record, source, recipient, message, and job-search decision.

No automatic sending

RoleKeep does not send outreach automatically. Connecting Gmail, forwarding an email, or receiving a lead suggestion does not automatically change your tracker. Copying or editing a draft does not represent that a message has been sent.

AI suggestions and public sources

Daily Leads may suggest jobs, people, contact details, and source links using automated research. Suggestions can be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or removed by the original publisher. You must open the cited source and verify the opportunity, recipient, and message before applying or contacting anyone.

Accounts

You must provide accurate account information, maintain access to your sign-in email, and use RoleKeep only for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to access another user’s records, disrupt the service, or use drafts for spam, deception, harassment, or unlawful discrimination.

Founding beta access and payment

The founding offer is a one-time $49 purchase for 90 days of access, beginning when payment is confirmed. Stripe processes the payment. Any taxes or discounts that apply will be shown during checkout. The service and its features may change during the beta.

Refunds

You may request a refund through the Support page within seven days after purchase. Later requests may be considered when required by law or if RoleKeep cannot provide the purchased access. Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

Your content

You retain ownership of the records and drafts you add. You give RoleKeep permission to process that content only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the service. You can export or delete your records from Settings.

Availability and liability

RoleKeep is provided on an “as available” basis during the beta. To the extent permitted by law, RoleKeep is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and total liability relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid for your current access period.

Ending access

You may delete your account at any time. RoleKeep may suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users or the service, address misuse, or comply with law. Material changes to these Terms will be posted on this page with a revised date.

Contact and governing law

Questions and refund requests can be submitted through the Support page after signing in; an active paid plan is not required. Ohio law governs these Terms, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
