Privacy Policy

RoleKeep stores the information you choose to add to your private job-search workspace, including companies, roles, contacts, dates, notes, and message drafts.

Information we collect

We collect account information used to sign you in, product records you create, feedback you submit, and payment status supplied by our payment processor. Payment-card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored by RoleKeep.

How information is used

We use your information only to provide, secure, support, and improve the service. Outreach drafts are never sent automatically.

Account isolation

Database access rules restrict signed-in customers to their own application records, drafts, profile, and feedback.

Exports and deletion

You may export your information or permanently delete your account from Settings. Deleting your account removes the product records linked to it.

Gmail

Gmail is not required for the founding beta. Any future Gmail connection will require separate, explicit consent and a description of the requested permissions.
